The Boys Bathroom is almost done!

I finally feel accomplished in something in my new place. The boys bathroom is just about done!

Here is the cute frog carpet.

These are the cute soap accesories and I want to get the toothbrush holder but when I went to Target today all the ones they had were broken!

This trash can is really cute, it ribbits when you open it.

Here is the rest of the bathroom and it shows the shower curtain.

It is still a work in progress. I think it needs more color the green towels will help I'm sure. Maybe I can find a green hamper or blue. I also want to get a carpet for around the toilet it will probably have to be white in order to match. If anybody has any other ideas, especially things for the wall let me know.

I got the Keys !!!

Today I did the walk through for my apartment and got the keys. I am so excited to be moving into my own place. If I can find a time to move that would be helpful. I will post some pictures soon.

Mommy you don't take good care of me!

Last night my mom and I were on the way home from my graduation and Bryon was with us in the back seat. My mom had gotten into a car accident a few days prior and was telling me about her back hurting. I told her that when I woke up this morning, friday morning that I had slept funny because my neck was hurting and that my throat was hurting. Bryon asked what do you mean you slept funny and while my mom was answering him he said yeah mom I have had a sore throat since 2008, since 2008 mom!!! My mom and I started hysterically laughing almost to the point of crying. Bryon then states it's not funny you know what that means mom, that means that you have not been taking very good care of me!

This was a very entertaining converstation and I want it so I will always have it to remeber the cute and funny things that my kids say.

It's about time!!!

Tomorrow I'm graduating from city college. It is a big accomplishment for me especially with having two children, and one in high school (that was a challenge). I will have an Associates of Arts in liberal studies. If you want to come to graduation it's tomorrow friday at 7:30 pm at Selland Arena (I'm going to post my announcement so I have it always but the computer wasn't cooperating tonight.). I'm getting nervous. In August I'm off to state for the next big challenge. I'm so excited and boy do I feel blessed.

Mommy can you pray to Jesus with me?

On wednesday night Bryon, woke me up in the middle of the night and had a nightmare. The nightmare was about the house being on fire. I told him lets just pray and go to bed and heavenly father will be with you and it will be fine. He said okay and so we prayed and then he went back to sleep awhile later. Last night, Bryon was in bed and he came out a bit after bedtime and said mom I'm having a hard time sleeping, can you pray to Jesus with me so I won't be scared anymore? We prayed and then shortly he was asleep. I am glad that my children can find comfort in the Lord and it nothing more it touches his mothers heart to see my children growing strong in the gospel and it shows me that I am doing a good job. I am very thankful that we have the gospel in our life and that heavenly father and Jesus are there to comfort us. I am thankful that my seven year old has a grasp on this as well.

Donald went poop in the toilet...Just Kidding

I have been trying to post Bryon's karate competition for the past few minutes but I kept getting interrupted. Donald was laying next to me getting ready to go to sleep while I was doing a quick blog, a break from my homework. He took his diaper off and that is usually how he wakes up for some reason I don't know he likes to sleep naked. Well he stood up and was about to poop everywhere. I grabbed him we went on the toilet and he did a little, this is the first time anything has gone in there. We sat there for thirty minutes and nothing so we got off the toilet and put a diaper on and went back to bed. Donald proceeds to poop because then he tells me I pooped and his diaper was full. I know he was thinking ha ha mom just kidding...I want him out of diapers!!! Now the whole house is up at 10:30, it's been an exciting night.
